Delivery Features

Informal Learning

After creating courses, you can simply make it publicly viewable or viewable by certain groups of users. It works the way you share any single file in document sharing systems, but instead of documents, you share the complete course content, which combines multiple lessons organized in modules and topics.

Self paced delivery

Allow learners to enroll in any course and have them get access to the course for specified number of days or for a specific period. Learners can go thru the lessons and quizzes at their own pace.

Instructor led or blended

WebEx, GotoMeeting/Webinar, ReadyTalk integrations for live ILT events. Mix eLearning content, assignments and ILT events in the same course or courses in a Learning Path. Add events to iCal, Google or Outlook calendar. Schedule dates for modules, exams and take attendance.

Access from anywhere

We provide a free native iPad app to learn even when you have no network access, like in an airplane. In addition, our HTML5 based web interface works on all browsers, smartphones and tablets. We also have native apps to integrate trainings inside Atlassian Confluence or Salesforce.

eCommerce, Multiple Pricing

Deliver courses for the selected groups of learners and set group specific access rules, delivery type, access dates, monetization amount. You can reserve the enrollment access or allow enrollment free or paid. Paypal, Authorize.net, MerchantWarrior and CCAvenue payment providers are supported out of the box.

Assignment

If you are running ILT or blended courses, our assignment feature allows you to give any tasks to learners and set a due date. Learners can complete and submit their work, which you can accept or reject. The whole workflow can be performed online.

Programs (Learning Paths / Bundles)

Create programs with multiple courses and establish optional and mandatory courses, pre-requisite requirements and credits/CEU. Provide certificates for individual courses and/or for the program completion.

Customize the user interface

Use our built in CMS to create additional pages to deliver your courses with any custom user interface need. Or integrate the coursed into your existing websites by implementing single sign on using our APIs and embedding our course player.

Share in LinkedIn/Facebook

One click simple sharing actions once you link your LinkedIn or Facebooc accounts. Share complete or previewable portions of the course for social media marketing. Get the embed tags to add your course to your blog or websites, just like you can embed videos and presentations from web2.0 sites.

Assessment Delivery Features

Share or schedule exams

In addition to adding quiz / survey in a course, you can also use them outside of the course. We allow you to make your tests available for taking via sharing (collection) or scheduling an event for specific days for formal assessments. We also support advanced assessment features like proctored exams, offline exams etc.

Invite Candidates

You can invite candidates to take the exam by generating email invitations. The email contains all the information for the candidate to launch the test. You can customize the email templates the way you like.

Exam Management

You can enable to receive email notifications about every candidate's attempt in real time. You can manage exception scenarios like allowing reattempt or giving some extra time to specific candidates if for some reason they could not finish the test.

Survey

You can use the same test editor to create and conduct surveys that are analyzed at the aggregate level as opposed to individually scored. Surveys allow respondents to leave commentary with every response. Surveys can be sent to a group, or be embedded in intranets for members of an organization to discover & take them.

360 Degree feedback

360 degree feedback is a survey conducted to collect feedback (rating) about an employee in an organization from his/her subordinates, peers and managers. The employee can also rate himself/herself. To do this you can create a survey with ratable questions having different weights for different choices.
